Which unit do I start on?

That will depend on your current experience, if you are starting with the Introductory Skills we recommend 1656, 1660 and 6579.

How much time do I have to complete the online assessments?

The sooner you complete each unit the better it is for you to enable you to receive your qualification.  For schools we recommend all your units completed by the end of term three. However our enrolments are open so you can work at your own pace.

Why is work experience necessary?

To ensure that you have reached the correct skill level to pass the practical assessment.

Some units occur in more than one certificate, if I have already passed the unit, do I need to do it again?

You will receive a message in your inbox from your on-line tutor  and it will show as completed on  when you enter the unit.
